Check Out Our Estimate Checklist

In order to get an accurate estimate of your lighting project as much as possible, we have our own Estimate Checklist as a guidance for us to get all the information needed. So, what are those information?

1. Project Overview We will have a full discussion with you to understand your lighting project. This includes the following information. a. Project description: including Colors, Lighting Scenes, Functionality. b. Your requirements and expectations: This will be your special needs on the project. c. Project location and accessibility. d. Deadline and scheduling constraints: This will help us understand your timeline and the hours to conduct our install work.
   

2. Site Assessment At this step, we will require a site visit with you to complete our assessment from here. a. Site visit and evaluation b. Existing electrical infrastructure assessment: As a lighting contractor, we will only check things within our expertise and area. c. Safety and hazard identification. d. Environmental consideration (e.g. moisture, heat, cold): This will help us understand the environment where the lights are installed. We have most of the kinds of environment that our lights are built for, we would want to know which one to pick to works best for your application.
   

3. Materials and Equipment This section will be mostly on our end. To help you have a brief understanding, in this section we will cover what the lighting gears are needed in your application, such as: a. Whether if the lights can be pre-manufactured in ordered lengths or need to field cut. b. Wires and cables required, c. Lighting Control system needed for your request, d. Power Supply gears, and e. Any other tools or gears needed for install.
   

4. Labor, Overheads, and Inspection This will be 100% on our end. In this section we shall calculate the labour and overheads needed to complete the work. In the end, an inspection is required to verify the new electrical installs.
   

5. Last but not least, we will take a couple of photos of the site for our documentation and 2D rendering creation for your visualization.
